MEM - Package Protection Plus

Protection Plan PLUS includes:

• Product lost in transit
• Product damaged in transit
• Powder coat defects
• Rust damage

 Does not Include:

• Products by other vendors other than MEM ("My Easy Monogram")

Terms and Conditions:

• Includes one replacement/repair per item.
• The plan does not cover items lost or stolen 72 hours after delivery.
• Please send a clear image of the defective product to our Customer Support Team, and we will gladly replace the item.
• A damaged item must be returned at the customer's / owner's expense before a replacement item is shipped to the customer/owner. 
• This Package Protection covers only products of purchase or order sourced from the Vendor "My Easy Monogram." For instance, if your order contains a Steel Sign from this vendor and a phone case from DrawDadDraw LLC - only the Steel Sign is covered under this plan.
