Terms and Conditions:

  • The claim must be filed within 72 hours of delivery
  • Includes one replacement/repair per item.
  • Please send a clear image of the defective product to our Customer Support Team, and we will gladly replace the item.
  • A damaged item must be returned at the customer's / owner's expense before a replacement item is shipped to the customer/owner. 
  • This Package Protection covers only products of purchase or order sourced from the Vendor My Easy Monogram. For instance, if your order contains a Steel Sign from this vendor and a phone case from DrawDadDraw LLC - only the Steel Sign is covered under this plan.
