Shipping to US Customers
- Print on Demand (POD) Products: DrawDadDraw offers POD products, fulfilled and shipped by a network of reliable third-party vendors and suppliers across the United States.
- US-Based Suppliers: To ensure faster shipping times and support local employment, we primarily collaborate with suppliers based in the US. This approach also helps us maintain product availability and quality standards in light of international events and economic fluctuations.
- Supplier Partnerships: In cases where a product is out of stock, we may partner with other compatible US suppliers. Some of these suppliers might import or export internationally to make products available in the US. Our goal is to minimize shipping times, costs, and additional taxes for our customers.
- Quality Assurance: We prioritize sourcing from within the US to balance cost-effectiveness with quality, avoiding excessive markups while maintaining product standards.
Shipping Times and Carriers
- Standard Shipping Times: Typically, orders are delivered within 8-14 days within the US. However, please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.
- Carriers: We use carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on our suppliers' route guides.
Shipping Rates and Surcharge Information
- North American Shipping Rates: Standard Shipping and 2-3 Day Expedited Service Options are available.
- Seasonal Surcharge: From Oct 3 to Jan 22, a surcharge of $0.25 or $0.50 will be added to orders in the US, varying by product category. This surcharge is informed by our suppliers and may be reflected in the shipping or product prices.
- Shipping Costs: Costs vary based on product type, quantity, and the specific supplier. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Processing and Cancellation
- Order Processing: Please allow a 24-hour window from the point of sale for any cancellations or order issues before fulfillment begins.
- No Cancellations After Fulfillment Starts: Once an order has started fulfillment, cancellations are not possible. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Potential Delays
- Unforeseen Delays: Shipments may face extended processing times due to weather conditions, COVID-19, logistical backlogs, or other unforeseen disruptions. We recommend accounting for these potential delays when placing your order.
