Shipping Rates and Policies

DrawDadDraw seeks to empower customers and keep them informed through transparency. We have created this page for our various supplier Shipping Policies and Shipping Rates for your convenience.

Currently - we are open to US customers only.

 

DrawDadDraw offers "print on demand," or POD products that will be fulfilled, packaged, and shipped by various 3rd party vendors and suppliers.

DrawDadDraw chooses to work specifically with US Suppliers for our product sourcing to reduce shipping times and promote more jobs here in the US - considering wartime in Ukraine/Russia, other countries, and inflation in our very own.

If one of products becomes unavailable or out of stock, we will work with other comparable and compatible suppliers as needed. Other US Suppliers we may partner with could very well Import or Export Internationally for the product you see available through DrawDadDraw to become available here in the US for purchase from us. DrawDadDraw may partner with those Suppliers to provide you the product you need or purchased.

• The reason for this is to keep Shipping Times, Costs, and additional taxes down to a minimum. DrawDadDraw would hate for you to order a product from us, have you wait three to four weeks for it to arrive in poor condition or quality. These sort of quality issues also add to cost down the production pipeline.

• While DrawDadDraw could go the route of outsourcing product from out of the country - at this time we are actively choosing to source from only within the US to drive keep costs affordable and at a fair price without sacrificing too much quality, or relying on ultra high markups to turn a profit. 

• We have provided more detailed reading on DrawDadDraw's stance on "Free Shipping" further below the resource links provided.

Shipping times vary but generally are 8-14 days within the US. The approximate shipping times and rates are provided by the shippers and their respective websites. USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL are carriers setup within our suppliers route guides. AliExpress orders (if available) may take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks on delivery. 

Shipments may take longer processing time due to weather conditions, COVID, backlogs in Logistics, or other unforeseen shutdowns or delays. Please account for these delays in your ordering time. A 24 hour window from point of sale is allowed for any potential cancellations or problems with the order prior to fulfillment. Once an order has started fulfillment, there will be NO cancellations. Please review our Return Policy for more on this.

• Each vendor comes with different shipping rates than the items we ship directly.
• BUYER BEWARE TIPS - Pay close attention to any Shipping Rates at your Checkout BEFORE you proceed to entering and processing Billing.

• If something doesn't appear right - STOP. Don't pass GO!
• Feel free to contact DrawDadDraw and we would be happy to extra confirm for you that your Checkout and Shipping Rates are calculating correctly for the product listing before you proceed to finalizing your purchase. 

• DrawDadDraw will offer reduced or free shipping to customers periodically through flat deals to specific products or collections off of the Shop DDD catalog, and via Promo Code offerings when sales and revenue permit. Stay tuned for future updates to save on cost at checkout or shipping rates.

• In the event of a failed to deliver due to errors with fulfillment or errors with Shippers - our customers will be eligible for a full refund or credit to purchase something else from our store. 
• Contact the owner - allow for 48 hours to review and process your request. Depending on the order volume or prioritization of work flow being done by the owner, they will get to your request as early as they are conveniently able.
